Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Packaging Policy
At Nuven, we source and test products from a variety of suppliers as part of our ongoing effort to bring you the best quality items. As a result, products you receive may arrive in packaging or with labels that display a different brand name than Nuven.
This is completely normal and does not affect the authenticity, quality, or warranty of your product in any way. The item you receive is exactly what was described and pictured in your order.
Please note: Differences in brand name, packaging, or labeling between what is shown on our store and what you receive are not considered a valid reason for a return, refund, or dispute. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that products may arrive under an alternate brand name.
